लज्जा

मैं रति की प्रतिकृति लज्जा हूँ मै शालीनता सिखाती हूँ;
मतवाली सुन्दरता पग में नूपुर सी लिपच मनाती हूँ।
लाली बन सरल कपोलों में आँखो में अंजन सी लगती
कुंचित अलकों सी धुँधराली मन की मरोर बन कर जगती।
चंचल किशोर सुन्दरता की मैं करती रहती रखवाली;
मैं वह हलकी सी मसलन हूँ जो बनती कानों की लाली।
